You will take action and get results through power, aerial, and restorative yoga and yoga nidra. You will discover meditation and noble silence, while exploring intermittent fasting, coupled with plant-based eating. Daily journaling and inquiry will leave you with a full mind-body transformation.
Your week-long experience at Red House Wellness will include a Six-Week Follow-Up Program that incorporates recorded yoga classes, meditation, strength training, support group and one-on-one coaching. This personalized, continued connection supports healthy, long-lasting empowering habits for you to incorporate at home.
